Job Description

Lundgren Subaru of Claremont is expanding and seeking a dedicated Pre-Owned Production Technician to lead our used vehicle mechanical operations.

This is a structured, production-focused position responsible for preparing pre-owned inventory to New Hampshire State Inspection standards and maintaining rapid turnaround times across our store group.

We process consistent used vehicle volume and are building a dedicated internal production lane to support continued growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform mechanical inspections and reconditioning on pre-owned inventory

  • Ensure vehicles meet New Hampshire State Inspection standards

  • Complete brakes, suspension, steering, maintenance, and mechanical repairs

  • Perform larger internal repairs when appropriate (engine/transmission replacement, major component repairs)

  • Maintain production efficiency and low comeback rates

  • Support vehicle transfers between store locations when necessary

Requirements:

  • Active New Hampshire State Inspection License (Required)

  • 2+ years dealership or independent repair experience

  • Strong production mindset and efficiency

  • Comfortable with high-volume brake and suspension work

  • Valid driver’s license
