Summary: Enjoy a rewarding career where you can make a difference in the lives of those whom you serve daily at our North Pointe location.  Provide a safe and pleasant home-like atmosphere, emphasizing the resident’s individuality while observing any changes in behavior and physical needs. Responsibilities include: home management tasks and services, life enrichment experiences, personal care for residents and delegated nursing services designed to maintain the residents' physical and emotional well-being.
What makes this position different than most? This position presents the opportunities to build relationships and friendships with residents and team members in an enjoyable and exciting atmosphere. Benefits:
  • $1.00 Weekend shift differential  
Schedule: 
  • Part-time AM Shift: 6:45am - 3:15pm
  • Weekend and Holiday Rotation
  • Previous experience is preferred but not required. Bethesda has a great team to teach you the skills for this position. No diploma, degree, or certificate required.
