Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Asphalt Restoration Laborer to join our team. This role involves assisting with asphalt maintenance and restoration projects including sealcoating, crack filling, patching, striping, and general site cleanup. Ideal candidates are dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with asphalt repair and restoration tasks

• Operate basic tools and equipment (training provided)

• Prepare job sites and materials

• Perform cleanup after projects

• Follow safety procedures and company guidelines

• Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently

 

Requirements:

• Previous asphalt or construction experience preferred (not required)

• Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, standing, bending)

• Reliable transportation to job sites

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Ability to work early mornings and occasional overtime
