PRODUCT SPECIALIST:

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Product Specialist for accounts in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, and Construction) industries, you will engage with local and national clients to manage software contracts, communicate purchase and renewal options, and set up support cases while always maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develops and maintains a relationship with a select group of accounts to ensure the successful and broad adoption of AEC solutions.
  • Follow cadence to frequently check in on all accounts.
  • Manage and maintain assigned accounts and understand the risk of accounts that have issues or are failing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns.
  • Assist customers with any support issues and create cases as needed to ensure their software is performing.
  • Follow ATG adoption policies throughout the yearly buying life cycle and review customer purchases.
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions.
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
  • Possess a people-person attitude and passion to learn new technologies to better support ATG’s customers.
  • Effectively present information virtually, live, 1:1 and in small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
  • Log all customer correspondences in MS Dynamics Contact Record Management System (CRM).
  • Responds to telephone calls, email and requests for technical support as necessary.
  • Work on special projects as assigned.
  • Establishes and maintains relationships with technical services and sales teams.
  • Travel, as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, preferred.
  • Previous experience in account management, customer service, sales, or other related fields, required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
