What You’ll Be Doing:
Design and develop medium-complexity analog circuit blocks for high-speed serial transceivers.
Define and plan analog design activities, including schedules and technical milestones to ensure timely project delivery.
Prepare and lead design reviews, tracking and implementing agreed improvements for better circuit performance.
Analyze layout-related parasitic effects and collaborate closely with layout teams to optimize performance, power, and area.
Perform silicon-to-simulation correlation and contribute to ongoing design refinement and validation processes.
Work closely with multidisciplinary teams, sharing insights and supporting collaborative problem-solving across the global organization.

What You’ll Need:
M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering with 3+ years of relevant experience, or Ph.D. with 1+ year of experience.
Experience with one or more analog/mixed-signal IC design tools (e.g., Cadence, Synopsys Custom Compiler).
Comfortable working in UNIX-based environments.
Industry experience in CMOS analog design or advanced academic specialization (ADC, DAC, PLL, Rx, Tx, voltage references) is preferred.
Basic understanding of SerDes system-level concepts is a plus.
