Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison to all marketing business unit leaders for social media promotions
  • Create engaging text, image and video content, in collaboration with our marketing and design team members
  • Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
  • Facilitate online conversations and respond to queries
  • Report on social media performance metrics and make recommendations for optimizing social media strategy based on data
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
  • Oversee social media accounts’ layout
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions
  • Educate co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way


Requirements:

 

  • Proven work experience as a social media professional
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of reporting and presenting key metrics
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, as well as image and video ideas)
  • Experience in executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and marketing channels
  • Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Multitasking and analytical skills
  • BS degree in Marketing, media or relevant field
