Responsibilities:
- Serve as the liaison to all marketing business unit leaders for social media promotions
- Create engaging text, image and video content, in collaboration with our marketing and design team members
- Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz
- Research audience preferences and discover current trends
- Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Facilitate online conversations and respond to queries
- Report on social media performance metrics and make recommendations for optimizing social media strategy based on data
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Oversee social media accounts’ layout
- Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions
- Educate co-workers to use social media in a cohesive and beneficial way
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a social media professional
- Expertise in multiple social media platforms
- In-depth knowledge of reporting and presenting key metrics
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, as well as image and video ideas)
- Experience in executing and optimizing paid social media campaigns
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies and marketing channels
- Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking and analytical skills
- BS degree in Marketing, media or relevant field
