Purpose:

Perform preventive, predictive, and general maintenance on printing, bagging, extrusion, auxiliary, and plant support equipment.

Night shift: 6pm-6am, working 36 hours/48 hours every other week. Must be able to work OT and weekends. 

• Communicate safety hazards and follow all PPE and LOTO requirements.
• Maintain and repair plant equipment using electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic skills.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Set up, adjust, and maintain equipment for safe, reliable, and continuous operation.
• Modify and upgrade systems, including motors, VFDs, pumps, compressors, and control circuits.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and make minor programming adjustments as needed.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SCADA systems to ensure equipment performance and reliability.
• Support, guide, and help train team members.
• Ensure repair quality and follow up with production as necessary.
• Assist in developing preventive and predictive maintenance plans to increase reliability.
• Communicate equipment issues to the Maintenance Manager and help develop corrective actions.
• Work collaboratively and maintain professional conduct.
