ImPACT Applications is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive who can deliver measurable success. Our new Account Executive will make sales contacts with assigned accounts within the Northeast territory to secure purchase commitments for our products. Additionally, they will respond to customer product inquiries, organizes and tracks sales information, and serve as point of contact for customer problem resolution for assigned accounts.

ImPACT Applications is looking for an experienced and dynamic Account Executive who can deliver measurable success. Our new Account Executive will make sales contacts with assigned accounts within the Northeast territory to secure purchase commitments for our products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and implements overall territory sales plan consistent with corporate sales plan to meet targeted sales revenue goals for assigned territory.
- Plans sales strategies to focus in on assigned rehabilitation customers, identifies key sales contacts, prepares and reports weekly itinerary and call results, develops selling strategies to meet sales and contact objectives.
- Identifies new sales opportunities through prospecting activities such as social media presence, list follow up, developing a personal referral network, etc.
- Identifies customer needs, purchase authority, and budget by through questioning and listening, qualifying and checking for understanding.
- Presents solutions to the customer by discussing ImPACT Applications product suite, connecting features and benefits. Gains customer commitment for order.
- Conducts follow up by ensuring customer commitments and expectations are being fulfilled.
- Encourages clinicians and educators to participate in VOD and scheduled in-person workshops.
- Attends regional/national conferences as needed and supports ImPACT Applications
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors degree (required)
- 2+ years of direct sales or phone sales in the technology or medical field (required)
- Strong preference for prior sales experience in software sales and/or the healthcare field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Superior organizational abilities
- Strong commitment to delivering exceptional service to the customer.
- Prior experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
