Position Summary |
The VoIP Technician provides support that consists of routine maintenance, testing, diagnostic fault isolation, problem resolution, activation of features and/or equipment, software configurations and general information on features or capabilities of equipment. Individuals must be able to attain and maintain a valid U.S. Government security clearance (Secret) in order to be retained in the position. |
