We are seeking a talented, motivated, and passionate individual to join our Sphera as a M & A Intern.  The primary function of this role is to support projects on a wide variety of challenging assignments related to the Mergers and Acquisitions for Sphera cloud strategy.

Your Profile:

• You will gain valuable presentation experience by sharing their findings on a weekly basis to the Corporate Development team. 
• This presentation will include slides on each recommendation that include but not limited to strategic rationale, why this company over other similar ones, synergy potential with Sphera and estimated valuation.
• You will pitch Corporate Development and other leaders on their three to five favorite acquisition targets for Sphera.
• At the end of the project, you will have created a comprehensive list of targets to consider
  pursuing, and it will be organized so that it is easy to filter companies based on criteria to narrow in on the best opportunities.
• Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Computer Science, or related field
• The main project is the development of an M&A target database.
• This database will focus on ESG targets that align to Sphera defined acquisition criteria.
