Job Description:

Liberty Behavioral and Community Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor to lead, manage, and oversee our behavioral health services. This is a leadership role that involves designing, implementing, and evaluating behavioral health programs for individuals and communities in need. The Program Supervisor will ensure high-quality service delivery, compliance with regulatory requirements, and continued program development. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a passion for improving the lives of individuals through behavioral health services.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Program Management & Leadership:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the behavioral services programs, ensuring effective implementation of services that meet client needs.
    • Supervise and provide leadership to a multidisciplinary team of behavioral health professionals, including therapists, counselors, and support staff.
    • Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective service delivery and compliance with financial goals.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that supports staff development and engagement.
  • Client Services & Case Management:
    • Monitor the delivery of behavioral services to ensure clients are receiving appropriate interventions and support.
    • Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans and oversee their evaluation.
    • Act as a liaison between clients, families, and other service providers to ensure coordination of care.
  • Quality Assurance & Compliance:
    • Ensure that all services meet or exceed industry standards, state regulations, and organizational policies.
    • Implement and monitor quality assurance practices to track program outcomes and client satisfaction.
    • Stay informed of new developments and best practices in the behavioral health field and incorporate them into program planning and delivery.
  • Training & Development:
    • Provide ongoing training and professional development for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge of best practices in behavioral health.
    • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that the team stays current with relevant certifications, licensure, and training requirements.
  • Community & Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funding agencies to support the growth and sustainability of behavioral services.
    • Participate in community outreach and advocacy efforts to raise awareness of behavioral health issues and available services.
