Overview

Supports R&D project work by performing basic laboratory test procedures, documenting, and communicating results.

 

Requirements

  • Pursuing a Chemical Engineering or Chemistry Bachelor’s Degree

 

Essential Functions 

  • Studies and understands project experimental test plan.
  • Collects and prepares samples, plans and sets up testing, executes experimental test work, and collects and documents results.
  • Prepares samples and executes testing using analytical laboratory equipment as needed.
  • Documents procedures and results of laboratory testing.
  • Maintains an eye for unusual results and observations and communicates findings or potential issues. Under guidance, analyzes and communicates results as required.
  • Maintains clean, organized and safe laboratory working environment.
  • Employees are expected to perform other responsibilities as needed.
