The Spa at Litchfield Hills is seeking a dynamic professional to join our Front Desk team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
As the first and last point of contact, you will play a vital role in shaping each guest's experience while supporting the daily operations of a high-performing spa.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm, professional welcome to all guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience
- Manage high-volume phone and scheduling systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate and maintain a dynamic appointment book to optimize daily operations
- Deliver personalized service by recommending treatments and retail products
- Process transactions and encourage pre-booking to enhance guest retention
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and elevated service standards
- Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment while multitasking effectively
Qualifications
- 2+ year experience in front desk, hospitality, spa, salon, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse clientele
- Proven ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems
- Professional presentation, demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills
- Open to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
- Availability for evenings and at least one weekend day
