ABOUT THE ROLE
strategic growth and expand our Branding and Performance business across the UK
and wider EMEA market.
This is a branding-first role with strong emphasis on CTV,
Programmatic, and Display solutions, while also leveraging Mobile & Web
Performance opportunities to maximize revenue.
The ideal candidate will bring deep market expertise,
established relationships across agency trading hubs, and a proven ability to
unlock high-value, revenue-driven partnerships
Revenue & Sales
- Drive
branding-led revenue growth across the UK, with primary focus on CTV,
Programmatic, and Display solutions. - Own
the full sales cycle - prospecting, pitching, negotiation, onboarding, and
closure. - Leverage
performance expertise across Mobile and Web to capture incremental
budgets. - Deliver
consistent revenue growth aligned with regional and global targets.
Client & Agency Relationships
- Build
and maintain strong relationships with top-tier media agencies, trading
desks, and direct brands across the UK. - Identify
and unlock new opportunities within both agency and direct client
ecosystems. - Act
as a trusted advisor, ensuring long-term client retention and
satisfaction.
Strategy & Market Intelligence
- Monitor
competitor activity, audience trends, and the evolving CTV landscape to
sharpen go-to-market strategy. - Contribute
to Xapads' strategic positioning and long-term growth across EMEA. - Represent
the company at key industry events, panels, and trade bodies (e.g. IAB,
ISBA).
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner
with Ad Ops, Strategy, and Product teams to ensure seamless campaign
execution and client success. - Feed
client and market insights back into product development and solution
design.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
· Minimum 5+ years of
experience in Digital Media / AdTech Sales, preferably within the UK and EMEA
markets.
· Strong
experience and established relationships with EMEA trading hubs within major
agency groups (GroupM, Publicis, Dentsu, Omnicom, IPG).
· Prior experience
working with a curator/reseller and/or publisher sales ecosystem is a strong
advantage.
· Prior experience
working with a curator or reseller ecosystem is mandatory.
· Deep understanding of
branding solutions across CTV, Programmatic, Display, Native, and Traditional
Digital ecosystems, with additional experience in Banner & Rich Media
considered a plus.
· Experience in
Performance Marketing (Mobile & Web) is required.
· Proven track record of
driving high-value deals and scaling revenue within agency-led environments.
· Proven ability to
drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
· Excellent negotiation,
presentation, and communication skills.
· Ability to work in a
fast-paced, high-growth environment.
· Fluency in English is
required; proficiency in any additional European language is a strong
advantage.
