Your responsibilities
Intranet & Viva Engage (SharePoint / Microsoft 365)
Creating, updating, and publishing content on the MySaft intranet
Organizing interviews and writing articles (corporate news, projects, events, internal initiatives)
Contributing to the animation and engagement of the Viva Engage community
Monitoring traffic and analyzing performance (monthly reporting)
Safety Week (international campaign)
Collecting and formalizing requirements from the Corporate HSE team
Coordinating the creation of communication materials (print & digital)
Managing language adaptations
Creating and editing videos (Adobe Premiere Pro, PlayPlay)
Tracking KPIs and producing campaign reports
Other cross-functional responsibilities
Creating and adapting visual materials (logos, posters, infographics, event visuals, etc.) in line with brand guidelines
Updating and organizing photo and video libraries
Contributing to internal communication events and key campaigns
Creating and tracking purchase orders with external vendors, and supporting budget follow-up
