Housekeeping Manager
Job Summary:
Join Nexus of Alton as we seek a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Manager to lead our facilities maintenance team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and proper maintenance of our facilities, while providing exceptional service to our patients, visitors, and staff. If you have a passion for attention to detail,Prior experience in a healthcare setting or related industry is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily housekeeping operations, including assigning duties to team members and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
Develop and implement cleaning protocols and schedules to maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
Coordinate with department heads to ensure seamless integration with other hospital departments
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to housekeeping staff
Maintain accurate records and reports of housekeeping activities, including inventory management and supplies
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to identify and address areas for improvement
Requirements:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply)
Level of Education: High School
