We are seeking a mechanical minded and dedicated individual to join our team. The ideal candidate DOES NOT need any experience. We are looking to help you grow in the HVAC industry by on the job training and continuous conversations regarding where you are looking for this booming industry to take you! This role involves installation projects in a variety of HVAC and related equipment across residential and minor commercial properties. While a strong background in construction, appliance repair, boiler systems, and property maintenance will help you succeed, the right mindset and attitude towards learning is what will help you thrive as you learn this new role.

Duties

• Install HVAC related equipment, including gas lines used in a residential and light commercial setting, successfully with supervision.

• Valid Driver’s License and Clean MVR.

• Assemble and install heating and air-conditioning units used in homes (with assistance and supervision).
• Install HVAC equipment, ductwork, and piping (with assistance and supervision).
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed (with assistance and supervision).
• Ensure our reputation for reliable service is maintained during all interactions with customers.
• Complete special projects and additional duties as assigned / required.
