- Ensure the tools you need for your shift are well organized and you have all the materials you will need during your shift.
- Report for duty on time in line with the posted schedule.
- Submit specific time off request prior to schedule being posted.
- Be aware of your scheduled shifts and learning sessions.
- Be aware of department standards, goals objectives and performance.
- Be aware of specific guest requests.
Direct Activities:
- Clean, prepare and review guest rooms that have been assigned to you.
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for yourself, the guests and your co-workers.
- Respect the privacy of others and maintain behaviors in line with the company’s security, operating process and environmental policies.
Guest Facing Activities:
- Deal with any guest inquiries in a positive manner and in line with standards.
- Be proactive in ensuring all guests are acknowledged in a timely and appropriate manner.
Team Work:
- Ensure your behavior respects the perspective, privacy, safety and security of your co-workers.
- Provide constructive suggestions/feedback to the leadership group on product, process or learning delivery improvements.
- Apply yourself fully during team training and learning exercises.
