Type: Full Time Salaried

Compensation: $76,000-114,000

Location: Fully Remote, must be in the United States

Hours: Full Time Days

What to Expect:

 

The Total Rewards Analyst plays a key role in the design, analysis, and administration of compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain top talent within a rapidly growing, private-equity-backed in-home health care organization. This position partners closely with HR leadership and business stakeholders to ensure reward programs are market competitive, aligned with business strategy, and compliant with applicable laws and regulations. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

Compensation 

  • Support the design and maintenance of base pay structures, incentive programs, and job evaluation processes. 
  • Conduct compensation analyses, including market pricing, internal equity studies, and support annual merit/incentive planning. 
  • Partner with Finance and HR Business Partners to develop compensation models that align with private equity growth and value creation goals. 
  • Maintain job descriptions, leveling frameworks, and benchmarking data to support organizational scaling. 
  • Support due diligence and integration activities for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. 

Benefits 

  • Assist in the administration and analysis of health, welfare, and retirement plans. 
  • Evaluate benefit plan effectiveness through data analytics and employee feedback. 
  • Monitor and support answering teammate questions that come in through the Benefits inbox and hotline. 
  • Ensure compliance with ERISA, ACA, and other applicable federal and state benefit regulations. 

Analytics and Reporting 

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on key total rewards metrics, such as compensation competitiveness, benefits utilization, and turnover trends. 
  • Leverage data to support decision-making and identify opportunities for optimization. 
  • Collaborate with finance and HR systems teams to ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency. 

Compliance and Governance 

  • Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing compensation and benefits (FLSA, EEOC, etc.). 
  • Support the annual audit process for benefits and compensation programs. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Health Education & Promotion, Public Health, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required. 
  • 3–5 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards analysis. 
  • Experience in a private-equity-backed or high-growth health care environment is strongly preferred. 
  • Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; experience with HRIS systems (UKG, Workday, ADP or similar) preferred. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. 
  • CCP (Certified Compensation Professional) or CBP (Certified Benefits Professional) certification a plus.
