Support the Branch Manager in the preparation of realistic sales targets for the branch as required.
Maximize profitable sales, and achieve quantitative and qualitative sales objectives established by and agreed upon with the Branch Manager.
Prepare required sales activity reports and statistics in a timely and accurate manner.
Open new sales channels by doing daily visits out to banks & sub-dealers, attending & participating in the seasonable exhibitions like clubs, malls …. etc. & the regular annual exhibitions like Automech & formula.
Handle the sales deals (data entry of the customers – follow-up on the documentary cycle & the required orders – follow-up on financial process – follow-up with other department on a weekly basis)
Ensure courteous, professional support to walk-in customers “Six steps” and other branch visitors, answer their inquiries on product features and options, and make every effort to meet their needs and to secure a sale.
Participate actively in the management of complaints filed by associated customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sell and promote the company’s services like Drive, Insurance, trade-in and service programs.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor Degree
Special Certification or Training Required: N/A
Required Industry Experience: Fresh graduate or 2 years of experience
Technological Requirements: Microsoft office suite
Language Requirements: Good command of English
