About the Position



Are you a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant looking for a fulfilling opportunity to provide exceptional care? Trinity Glen is excited to welcome compassionate and skilled CNAs to our team! As a CNA at Trinity Glen, you will have the chance to positively impact our residents' lives while working in a supportive and caring environment.



What We Offer




  • Full-time and Part-time positions available on all shifts.

  • Base pay starting from $16 per hour or more depending on experience, PLUS earn more $$ per hour (see additional pay details below).

  • Additional $4/hour for weekend shifts (Friday 11pm – Monday 7am)

  • Additional $3/hour for second shift hours (Monday – Friday 3pm -11pm)

  • Additional $2/hour for third shift hours (Monday 11pm – Thursday 7am)

  • Additional $2/hour for teammates who opt out of benefits

  • Benefits (medical, PTO, etc.) eligibility beginning after just 30 days of employment



Your Role



As a CNA, your responsibilities will be:




  •  Documenting ADLs accurately.

  • Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ conditions.

  • Personal Care (ADLs): Bathing, grooming, dressing, shaving, and toileting patients.

  • Patient Mobility: Turning, repositioning, and transferring patients between beds and wheelchairs.

  • Health Monitoring: Taking and recording vital signs (blood pressure, pulse, temperature, respiration).

  • Nutrition & Hygiene: Feeding patients, measuring food/liquid intake, and changing bed linens.

  • Observation & Reporting: Monitoring patient conditions for changes and reporting issues to nurses.

  • Emotional Support: Providing companionship, comfort, and addressing patient needs to improve quality of life.



Qualifications



To join our team, you’ll need:




  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant.

  • Commitment to completing continuing education as required to maintain certification.

  • Physical capacity to meet the demands of the position, including lifting up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, and reach repeatedly during shifts.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with residents and team members effectively and compassionately.
