We’re looking for an HR Intern to support our HR team across recruitment, onboarding, people programs, and HR operations. This is an ideal role for someone curious, people‑oriented, and eager to gain practical HR experience.
🧩 What You’ll Do
📝 Talent Acquisition Support
- Post job opportunities and help screen resumes
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
- Assist with employer branding events
🎉 Onboarding & Training
- Audit onboarding tasks in HRIS and support new hire orientation
- Support first‑day logistics and onboarding activities
- Help with new employee check‑ins
📊 HR Operations
- Maintain accurate HRIS data
- Assist with document updates and process coordination
- Support compliance tasks and reporting
- Help administer Averaging Agreement documentation
🤝 Engagement & Culture
- Assist with employee events, recognition activities, and communications
🚀 Project Support
- Contribute to workforce planning, training logistics, and HR improvement projects
- Collaborate closely with the Talent Business Partner on broader HR initiatives

🎓 Education
- Currently enrolled in HR, Business, Communications, Psychology, or related program
🧠 Skills & Competencies
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Curious, motivated, and eager to learn
