Archer® is the leader in AI-powered SaaS GRC solutions, and honestly, it’s a fascinating space to be in right now. Risk and compliance used to be back-office functions. Today, they’re boardroom conversations, and organizations are looking for a platform that can keep up. With the launch of Archer Evolv™, our AI-powered platform for compliance and risk, we’re helping enterprises move from reactive checkbox compliance to adaptive, intelligent risk management.
We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who gets genuinely excited about this stuff. Someone who can take a complex GRC capability and turn it into a story that makes a CISO stop scrolling, a compliance officer forwards the email, and a sales rep feel confident walking into a meeting. You’ll own positioning, messaging, and go-to-market execution for one or more Archer product lines, and you’ll be the connective tissue between product, sales, and the market.
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Product Positioning
- Own product positioning, messaging, and value propositions for assigned Archer products, tailored to multiple enterprise buyer personas (CISOs, CROs, compliance officers, IT leadership).
- Lead end-to-end product launch planning and execution, coordinating across product management, sales, demand gen, and customer success.
- Build multi-persona messaging frameworks that address the distinct needs and buying motivations across complex enterprise purchasing committees.
- Partner with product management to stay ahead of the roadmap, incorporating customer insights, market feedback, and competitive intelligence into positioning.
Content Development
- Develop authoritative, high-impact content, including whitepapers, solution briefs, datasheets, blog posts, eBooks, and executive presentations that support pipeline growth and brand credibility.
- Leverage AI-powered content tools to accelerate ideation, drafting, and optimization, while ensuring every asset meets Archer’s quality and brand standards.
- Partner with demand generation to create targeted content for email nurture tracks, webinars, social campaigns, and paid programs.
Sales Enablement & Customer Advocacy
- Develop and maintain a best-in-class sales enablement library: pitch decks, battlecards, objection-handling guides, competitive FAQs, and training materials.
- Train and certify the sales team on product capabilities, positioning, and competitive differentiation on an ongoing basis.
- Collaborate with customer success to source compelling customer evidence, case studies, testimonials, and ROI stories that reinforce Archer’s enterprise value.
- Define metrics to track sales enablement effectiveness and continuously iterate based on win/loss data and rep feedback.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
- Monitor regulatory trends, industry frameworks (NIST, ISO, SOX, DORA), and analyst coverage to keep Archer’s messaging timely and credible.
- Use AI-powered research and intelligence tools to surface market signals, track competitor activity, and inform campaign direction.
Analyst Relations & Industry Presence
- Support and participate in analyst relations programs with leading research firms (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), contributing to briefings and ensuring Archer’s narrative is accurately represented.
- Represent Archer at industry conferences, webinars, and forums as a subject matter expert on GRC trends and Archer solutions.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry influencers, GRC community leaders, and customer advocates.
You’ll need to have
• 5+ years of experience in B2B product marketing, with real ownership of go-to-market launches, messaging, and sales enablement programs, not just supporting roles.
• A genuine ability to make complex things clear. You can write a tight executive brief and a detailed datasheet, and they both land with the right audience.
• The cross-functional instincts to align product, sales, and marketing teams without needing anyone to tell you to.
• Comfort using AI tools in your daily workflow, for content creation, research, competitive monitoring, or campaign optimization. We use them too, and we want someone curious about where this is all going.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
It’s a bonus if you have
• 5+ years specifically within GRC, cybersecurity, risk management, or compliance software, you’ll ramp faster and the domain knowledge will show in your work.
• Familiarity with GRC frameworks and regulations like NIST, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR, or DORA, and the ability to talk credibly with compliance and risk practitioners.
• Experience with analyst relations programs (Gartner, Forrester, IDC), knowing how to engage and influence analysts is a real differentiator here.
• Experience marketing AI-powered or data-driven enterprise software products.
