We’re building a stealth infrastructure company focused on unlocking a new layer of distributed AI compute, transforming existing footprints into a dense, metro-scale network of edge GPU clusters. We will deploy modular data centers that aggregate into a unified, software-defined compute platform for inference workloads. The company sits at the intersection of energy, real estate, and AI infrastructure, creating a new asset class that enables faster, more flexible deployment of compute at the site of demand.
