Starting Pay Rate:15 00

As a Habilitator you will be providing direct care services in Nursing homes to adult and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, transporting to appointments, communicating with health care providers and their staff, maintaining health related documentation and providing assistance to nursing staff.
In this position you are required daily travel in one's personal vehicle throughout Tarrant County.

 







Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED 

License/Certifications: A valid TX Driver's License
