Description
Make Lives Better, Build Your Future: Join Heritage Communities as a Marketing Specialist!
Let’s make marketing that actually matters.
At Heritage Communities, we’re not just filling apartments —we’re bringing peace of mind to families as their older loved ones choose their next home, start their next chapter, and select a community where they can truly belong. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist who’s equal parts creative thinker, organized doer, and data nerd (yes, all three).
If you love juggling campaigns, digging into performance metrics, and bringing ideas to life across digital and traditional channels—this might be your kind of role.
What You’ll Do (aka where you’ll shine):
- Own the day-to-day execution and oversight of website, digital, social media, and traditional marketing efforts
- Bring marketing campaigns to life across digital, social, and traditional channels
- Keep our websites, social media, and digital content fresh, engaging, on-brand, and earning organic traffic every day
- Partner with designers to generate print materials that showcase life in our communities and support our sales teams
- Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables from all partner agencies, vendors, and internal teams (you’ll be the glue that keeps it all together)
- Manage the marketing onboarding of new communities that are added to the portfolio
- Dive deep into data, analyze to uncover insights, and generate better-performing campaigns
- Support marketing automation efforts (and help us get smarter every time we hit “send”)
- Own our online reputation—responding to reviews and helping us shine across platforms
- Keep all location listings accurate and optimized (Google, Yelp, Apple, Bing—you know the drill)
- Partner with community teams and agency partners to create content that resonates
- Find ways to improve processes, boost efficiency, and make good work even better
- Help support branding efforts, from print pieces to promo swag
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table:
- 4+ years of marketing, digital marketing, or project coordination experience
- A solid understanding of digital marketing best practices (and how to apply them)
- Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot/CRM, Canva, WordPress, and project management platforms (Monday, Asana, etc.)
- Bonus points if you’ve worked with Birdeye, WelcomeHome CRM, or Yardi
- Strong organizational skills—you can manage multiple moving pieces without breaking a sweat
- Clear, confident communication (written and verbal)
- Solid copywriting skills – you can produce a media press release, social post schedule, or a prospect email on brand, with and without AI involved
- A naturally curious, problem-solving mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including intermediate Excel skills for analyzing data (not just data entry)
- Comfort using modern AI tools to support your workflow
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
