Pay:

Up to $27.00 per hour, depending on hours worked per week

Role Overview

We are looking for compassionate Family Provider CNAs to join our team. This role is ideal for CNAs caring for a family member who want the support, structure, and benefits of working with a trusted home health agency.

As a Family Provider CNA, you’ll provide 1:1 care to your loved one, supporting their independence, comfort, and safety while receiving competitive pay, benefits, and agency support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist your family member with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
  • Maintain a safe and supportive home environment
  • Report changes in condition to your supervising nurse
  • Complete simple, user-friendly electronic documentation (no EVV required)
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement
  • Perform light housekeeping tasks to support daily comfort and safety
  • Work closely with your supervising nurse for continued guidance and care planning
