You’ll be part outdoor guide, part mentor, part hype-person—and 100% making a real impact.
What You’ll Actually Do
No two days are the same, but here’s the kind of stuff you’ll be doing:
- Take campers on real adventures: hiking, day camping, other outdoor activities
- Teach survival basics like orienteering, knots, and outdoor safety
- Work alongside our Challenge Course Specialist running ropes courses + climbing activities (and help others learn how)
- Plan and prep off-site trips as time permits
- Create a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for every camper
- Keep gear organized, safe, and ready to go
- Occasionally drive campers to adventure spots

What You’ll Need to Bring to this Position:
- 18+ (21+ preferred)
- Experience working with kids (camp counselor or similar)
- Comfortable with heights + physical activity (climbing, belaying, etc.)
- First Aid/CPR/AED certified (or willing to get it)
- Driver’s license + reliable transportation
