If you’re someone who enjoys being on the move, working outdoors, and being part of a crew that builds real projects you can see at the end of the day, this role gives you the best of both worlds. You’ll spend time behind the wheel and on the ground, supporting crews that keep our operations running.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a tandem axle truck transporting construction materials and equipment to and from job sites
• Work alongside a crew performing laborer duties on Dirt/Prep, Asphalt, or Concrete teams
• Support daily operations and help keep projects moving efficiently
• Work a flexible schedule based on project needs

What We’re Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record over the past 5 years
• Willingness to join the Teamsters and/or Laborers’ Union
• Strong work ethic and ability to work in a team environment

Pay & Benefits

• $36.29 per hour
• This position falls under either:
• Teamsters Joint Council No. 69 Highway, Heavy, Railroad, and Underground Utility Contracting Agreement, or
• Laborers’ International Union of North America State of Indiana District Council Contractors’ Labor Agreement
• As a union member, you’ll receive health insurance and retirement benefits
