- Crafting competitive salary proposals to attract new global talent.
- Manage key compensation, bonus, and equity processes to ensure our talent is rewarded with excellence across different regions.
- Transform complex information into strategic reports and audits to guarantee global system integrity and data-driven decisions.
- Leverage SuccessFactors, SAP, and Salesforce to solve critical challenges and elevate the internal client experience.
Your Impact: Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of global compensation cycles—may include bonuses and equity—ensuring 100% precision and a seamless experience for our people.
- Transform complex HR data into powerful modeling and incentive insights that directly shape leadership’s decision-making and reward strategies.
- Drive the optimization of global systems like SAP and SuccessFactors, safeguarding data integrity through proactive auditing and innovative technical workflows.
- Act as a trusted Compensation Advisor, leading industry benchmarking surveys and market analysis to keep our total rewards competitive and forward-thinking.
Skills That Make Us Smile: Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or similar.
- We are looking for diverse expertise: From 1+ years for Specialist roles to 5+ years for Lead positions, specifically in Total Rewards (Compensation, Bonuses, Equity, and HR Analytics).
- Advacned Excel management.
- Advanced English level.
Brighten Your Potential: Preferred Qualifications
- Proven analytical prowess with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence across all organizational levels.
- Previous experience with HRIS platforms such as SuccessFactors (Compensation modules), SAP, or Salesforce.
