Role Summary :
Acts as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to define requirements, map processes, and support delivery
Tools :
Agile/Scrum, Jira/Azure DevOps, process modeling, SQL (basic), requirements documentation, workflow tools
Responsibilities :
Elicit requirements; write BRDs/FRDs; create user stories; manage backlog; run grooming sessions; map business processes; support UAT; coordinate with product and engineering; ensure alignment with regulatory and operational needs.
Own workstreams, run stakeholder sessions, refine backlog, manage acceptance criteria independently.
Work with cross-functional teams, understand and work on end-to-end processes, resolve requirement gaps, influence product roadmap
