The Patient Service Representative supports the organization by disseminating information regarding Nathan Adelson Hospice and building relationships with healthcare providers that result in the overall attainment of targeted number of patient admissions as outlined in the organizational goals. Actively supports and promotes the hospice’s vision, mission and overall philosophy.
Shift:
- Full Time: Sunday - Wednesday from 10:00am - 8:30pm
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nursing, Education preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a customer service, sales or marketing capacity.
- Hospice and/or home health experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and electronic medical records.
Required Licensure and Certification:
- Must also be a licensed driver in the state of Nevada and possess an automobile that is insured in accordance with Nevada state and/or organizational requirements and is in good working order. Must maintain a clean driving record.
- LPN License preferred.
