HR & Organizational Development Intern (Summer 2026)

The Will Group



The Will Group is seeking a Human Resources & Organizational Development Intern for Summer 2026. This opportunity is designed for students who are interested not only in traditional HR, but in how organizations develop talent, strengthen culture, and improve overall effectiveness.



This internship provides a balanced experience across core HR functions and organizational development initiatives, with a strong emphasis on learning and development, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.



What You’ll Do



You will gain hands-on experience across two key areas:



Organizational Development




  • Support training and development programs and assist in enhancing onboarding experiences

  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and feedback analysis

  • Participate in projects focused on process improvement, communication, and organizational effectiveness

  • Assist in developing presentations and materials for internal learning initiatives



Human Resources




  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations

  • Maintain HR systems, documentation, and compliance-related processes

  • Assist with employee communications and engagement activities



You will also complete a project focused on organizational development or employee experience and present your findings at the conclusion of the internship.



What We’re Looking For




  • Interest in organizational development, learning and development, or talent management

  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills

  • A proactive and curious approach to learning

  • Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism



Preferred Background




  • Human Resources

  • Organizational Development or Organizational Leadership

  • Industrial/Organizational Psychology

  • Business Administration with a focus in HR or learning and development



Internship Details




  • 10-week summer internship running June 8 through August 14, 2026

  • $20 per hour

  • Open to rising juniors and seniors
