The Production Lead oversees daily production activities to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and workflow continuity. This role provides hands‑on leadership to production employees, supports the Production Supervisor with planning and coordination, and ensures that work is completed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company standards.
