Key Objectives

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
  • Assist members with account management, billing questions, and service requests.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Document member interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and member satisfaction.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards at all times.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a member-focused or call center environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and maintain attention to detail.
  • Proficient with computer systems and common office software.
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a team, whether on site or remotely.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a patient, empathetic approach to member interactions.
