Back to the role:

What you will do:

  • Carry out the talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organizations for short-term and long-term goals.
  • Manage full cycle recruitment process: coordinate intake calls, post jobs on appropriate job boards, source candidates, build candidate pipelines, review resumes, screen candidates, conduct, and coordinate interviews.
  • Conduct and coordinate interviews and ensure proper processing of employment applications and assist in other employment activities to fill vacant positions.
  • Create interview question guides for a variety of positions. 
  • Manually update spreadsheets to maintain recruitment data and create presentations on data collected for leadership.
  • Manage the employee referral process, send out monthly blast to company and track employee referrals via spreadsheets.
  • Maintain Hot Jobs for the month campaign to highlight jobs that are hard to fill.
  • Draft and communicate offer letters to candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create robust job descriptions to attract high quality candidates. Maintain accurate job descriptions.
  • Assess recruitment strategies for adapting to evolving market conditions.
  • Stay current on industry trends and changing market conditions as it pertains to talent acquisition and competition. 
  • Optimize recruitment technologies such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, assessment platforms, and other platforms to drive desired outcomes.
  • Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives within the talent acquisition process.
  • Build relationships and partner with external organizations to leverage talent sources. 
  • Attend career fairs and other events to market the company and create relationships that will enhance talent strategies.
  • Build and manage company’s presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other similar websites; partner with marketing team to promote company as a best-in-class working culture. 
  • Assist with special projects and events, as necessary, and perform other duties assigned by management.
