Responsibilities: 






  • Manage and maintain all key sales documents (sales & inventory reports, sample trackers, line sheets, costing files, and customer POs). 








  • Support seasonal gotomarket activities, including calendar planning, travel coordination, and sales presentation preparation. 








  • Coordinate customer sample requests and ensure timely delivery across all accounts. 








  • Handle daytoday communication with customers, Product Development, Order Management, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations. 








  • Track revenue projections and seasonal forecasts to help the team meet sales targets and support alignment in the consensus process. 






 


 




Requirements: 






  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field. 








  • 1–3 years of experience in sales support, wholesale, or a similar coordination role. 








  • Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. 








  • Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment. 








  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and comfort working crossfunctionally.
