SUMMARY

The Snack Shack Attendant ("Asistente de Choza de Bocadillos") welcomes our guests to the restaurant in a warm and enthusiastic fashion. Smiles and presents a professional appearance, manages reservations and works with other staff to meet guests' needs. Influences customer flow for good service while fulfilling guests' requests.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES




  • Greets customers in a pleasant and professional manner.

  • Responsible for taking and preparing food & beverage orders.

  • Operates a POS system and issues a receipt for each transaction.

  • Prepares food items ordered by customer in accordance with Department of Health regulations.

  • Records and accounts for items sold.

  • Stocks service area with drinks, food, ice, and condiments.

  • Follows all safety rules and regulations.

  • Follows all general and department policies and procedures.

  • Makes eye contact and smiles warmly when welcoming our guests.

  • Carries out duties safely and is trained in our established safety and emergency procedures.

  • Regular and predictable attendance for scheduled shifts.

  • Performs additional duties and responsibilities as directed by the leadership team.
