This position supports both English and Spanish speaking patients, this is an onsite position.

We’re looking for our next Bilingual Health Navigator to help guide patients through the healthcare maze with compassion and purpose.

This is an In Person/In Field position.

  • $47,500–$50,000 starting salary (hourly pay)
  • $1,500/year additional for Bilingual Skill Set
  • Additional $5,200 per year as an auto allowance, (you’ll drive patients to key appointments)

What You’ll Do:

  • Help patients schedule and attend appointments (including driving them when needed)
  • Keep medications, providers, and care plans organized
  • Serve as the human bridge between patients and the healthcare system
  • Problem-solve around social, safety, and health needs
  • Document all activities in our Electronic Health Record system

What You’ll Need:

  • A big heart and excellent organization skills
  • A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and ability to drive in Arizona
  • Experience in healthcare, social work, or community support (formal or informal)
  • CPR/First Aid certification, clean background check, and other required clearances

The Fine Print

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday
  • Location: Phoenix, AZ. This is an onsite/in-field position!

Requirements

This job does require the use of your personal vehicle. That vehicle must be registered in the state of AZ, you must have a valid AZ license, and we require insurance on the vehicle. We provide a generous auto allowance for the use of your personal vehicle.
