Information Technology Strategies, Inc. is a government IT solutions provider servicing commercial and government initiative in various parts of the United States. We are currently seeking a Junior DevOps Engineer to work for our company.
Summary:
- Client Agency is the Defense Logistics Agency.
- Implements architecture for continuous integration and deployment, and monitoring.
- Executes Scrum Agile methodology and implements DevOps methodologies at the project level.
- Serves as the administrator of complex technology implementations in a product-centric environment.
- Debugs cluster-based computing architecture. Uses scripting or basic programming skills to solve problems.
- Installs and administers monitoring tools and configuration management tools (e.g., TFS, Puppet, Chef, Ansible, Salt, LVM).
Requirements:
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies).
- One (1) year of relevant experience.
- Undergraduate degree required.
- CSP Certifications (e.g., AWS DevOps Engineer, Azure SA, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure).
- Experience with Scrum Agile methodology and implementing DevOps methodologies at project levels.
- Experience with deployments with on premise or cloud environments.
- Experience deploying and configuring DevOps services using infrastructure.
