  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards covering service, cost, claims, damage and sustainability

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce freight cost and improve service reliability

  • Optimise transport modes, shipping lanes and inventory positioning

3PL & Supplier Management

  • Build strong partnerships with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouse providers

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and lead corrective action where needed

  • Develop contingency plans for peak demand periods and supply disruption

Compliance & Risk

  • Ensure compliance with EU and international transport, customs and trade regulations

  • Oversee Incoterms alignment, export documentation and customs processes

  • Manage logistics risk, including insurance, claims and contractual exposure

Systems, Data & Reporting

  • Champion accurate, timely logistics reporting across Europe

  • Support the optimisation of ERP, WMS and TMS systems

  • Use data‑driven insights to inform decision‑making and long‑term improvements

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Provide clear reporting to senior leadership on logistics performance and risk

  • Support commercial teams with customer logistics requirements

What you'll need:

  • Experience managing multi‑site and multi‑country logistics operations

  • Strong track record of managing 3PL tenders and negotiating commercial contracts

  • Experience in international freight, customs and trade compliance

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capability with commercial awareness

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and geographies

  • Confident communicator in English (Polish language skills are beneficial but not essential, depending on location)
