In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals. You’ll be out in the field, building relationships, meeting decision-makers, and learning how to win new business. You’ll also work closely with a strong team to support your growth and help you succeed quickly.

In this role, you will:
- Spot and connect with potential clients.
- Kick off the sales journey by setting up appointments, understanding account needs, and delivering engaging initial presentations.
- Close deals by building strong relationships, clearly explaining our services, addressing any concerns, and finalizing agreements.
- Dedicate at least 20 hours each week to prospecting new opportunities.
- Effectively use and keep your customer relationship management (CRM) system up to date with all client information.
- Keep your Hot 25 list in the CRM current and well-managed.
- Foster a positive and friendly work environment by communicating and interacting respectfully with clients, teammates, and supervisors.
- Assist with other tasks as needed, as directed by management.
