Isle of Wight County Schools is seeking an enthusiastic and student-centered Middle School Physical Science Teacher who is passionate about making science meaningful, engaging, and relevant. This position offers the opportunity to inspire young learners to explore the physical world through hands-on investigation, critical thinking, and real-world connections.

We are looking for educators who believe science is more than content; it's a way of thinking, questioning, and understanding the world. Candidates must hold, or be eligible for, a valid Virginia teaching license with a certification in Middle School Science or another applicable science endorsement.

Salary will be based on the approved FY27 Teacher Pay Scale.  This is a 10-month position.
