Renew Aesthetics is an established aesthetics practice with a strong patient base and consistent demand for injectable and skin treatments. We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetic RN to join our growing practice.
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and patient-focused Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This role is ideal for an experienced injector who combines clinical expertise with aesthetic artistry and thrives in a relationship-driven practice.
You will play a key role in delivering natural, high-quality results while building long-term patient relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
What You'll Do
- Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and evaluations
- Develop customized treatment plans aligned with patient goals
- Perform advanced non-surgical aesthetic procedures, including:
- Neuromodulators (e.g., Botox)
- Dermal fillers
- Laser treatments
- Chemical peels and other modalities
- Educate patients on skincare, maintenance, and preventative treatments
- Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety and regulatory standards
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Conduct follow-ups to monitor outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Stay current on emerging technologies, products, and industry trends
- Collaborate with providers and team members to deliver a seamless patient experience
- Build and retain a strong patient following through trust and results

Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arkansas
- Minimum 1 year of aesthetic experience required
- Proven experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers
- Experience with hormone replacement therapy preferred
- Experience in medical weight loss programs preferred
- Strong consultation and patient relationship skills
- High level of professionalism, ethics, and clinical judgment
- Passion for aesthetics and ongoing professional development
