What You’ll Do

• Greet every guest with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow with efficiency and grace
• Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times and accommodations
• Maintain awareness of dining room pacing and table availability
• Answer phones professionally and handle guest inquiries with ease
• Uphold appearance, posture, and hospitality standards at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Highly polished, well-spoken individuals with strong communication skills
• Prior hosting or hospitality experience preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor required
• Ability to remain calm, organized, and friendly in fast-paced situations
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
