About the Role



MIRACORP is seeking detail-oriented, proactive individuals who enjoy helping others and keeping work moving smoothly. In this role, you’ll support a federal government HR team with a variety of administrative tasks, review documents for accuracy, and be a go-to resource for teammates who need guidance or clarification.

Essential Functions




  • Review HR documents and submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with established procedures

  • Provide guidance and support to administrative staff on processes, documentation standards, and customer service expectations

  • Respond to escalated or complex applicant and employee inquiries by phone and email

  • Compile, track, and evaluate data to support program goals, reporting, and workflow management

  • Assist with onboarding, scheduling, and pre-employment activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation for HR teams and leadership

  • Monitor assignments, deadlines, and task progress to support team operations

  • Support classification, staffing, or employee services teams with specialized administrative tasks

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality

  • Assist leadership with special projects, high-visibility tasks, and process improvements
