Responsibilities

· Own and evolve the end-to-end testing lifecycle (strategy, tools, coverage, ROI)

· Define and own the QA strategy, test approach, and quality governance

· Build scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and microservices

· Define quality gates and drive shift-left testing

· Establish test standards, templates, and best practices aligned with Industry standards

· Lead performance, non-functional, and cross-browser testing

· Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines with Dev & DevOps teams

· Improve test coverage, stability, and release confidence

· Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, PI planning, and retrospectives

· Provide quality dashboards, risk assessments, and go live recommendations

· Review test code, mentor team, and support debugging & RCA

 

 

Requirements

· 10–14 years in QA Automation & Manual Test Engineering

· Strong DSA & problem-solving with OOP-based design

· Expertise in Playwright, UI & API automation, framework development

· Solid understanding of SDLC, test strategy, coverage, and release processes

· Hands-on with Postman, JMeter (or similar tools)

· Experience with CI/CD, automation architecture, distributed systems debugging

· Good manual testing capability

· Strong communication, ownership, and collaboration skills

 

Qualifications

· Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field

· Hands-on engineer with production-level coding mindset

· Strong knowledge of functional, regression & non-functional testing

· Good documentation and collaboration skills

· Focus on building scalable, reliable systems
