Job Purpose
As a Community Alignment Coordinator, you will coordinate, develop, and maintain community relationships and resources for the Help Me Thrive system of care. This includes new and on-going communication and collaboration between programs, community entities, and health care personnel and systems. In this role, you must be friendly, organized, and take initiative. You must be a good public speaker and work well on a team. You must understand how to read and interpret data and make decisions based on it. You must know how to develop promotional materials that appeal to families with youth and the entities that serve them. You will impact our community by expanding the reach of Help Me Thrive, which will benefit children, youth, and families by strengthening the programs and resources available to them and creating a universal system where families can find help and support.
Minimum Requirements:
Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree with no prior work experience OR High School Diploma/GED with five (5) years’ experience working in child/youth setting, system/program development or community outreach. Master’s Degree preferred. Spanish-speaking a plus.
Carry and lifting requirements 15-25 pounds.
