Tag Systems USA is seeking a full-time Third Shift Personalization Machine Operator in Eatontown, NJ.


THE BASICS

Pay: We offer this position competitive pay.


Schedule: You will work the third shift, Sunday through Thursday, from 9:30 PM to 6:00 AM. Overtime or occasional Saturday work may be required based on production needs, ensuring that every shift brings new opportunities to contribute.

YOUR DAY AS A THIRD SHIFT PERSONALIZATION MACHINE OPERATOR

As a Third Shift Personalization Machine Operator, you will start your evening by preparing your work area and reviewing job requirements. You will operate production machinery safely and efficiently, transferring materials between workstations and maintaining accurate audit logs. Throughout your shift, you will continuously inspect production output for quality, assist with inventory counts, and perform routine cleaning and basic equipment maintenance. You will keep your work environment clean and organized while strictly following all company safety and security protocols. At every step, you will demonstrate your commitment to accuracy, security, and teamwork, knowing that your work directly supports the company's high standards.


REQUIREMENTS FOR A THIRD SHIFT PERSONALIZATION MACHINE OPERATOR

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to learn and follow Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Punctual and reliable attendance
  • Basic arithmetic skills and general computer literacy
  • Clear and concise written communication skills
  • Situational awareness and ability to work in a secure environment
  • Strong sense of responsibility, pride, and ownership in work performed

Experience operating production machinery is a plus.
