Summary
The Operations Associate supports the store Leadership team by performing a variety of tasks, including inventory control, vendor management, daily paperwork and audits.

Key Responsibilities in all applicable departments (C-Store, Subway, Food Service)
- Daily Paperwork, all departments, minimum of 3 days/week
- Cash handling and reconciliation
- BIAB utilization
- Fuel monitoring
- Merchandising
- Vendor management
- Lottery
- Grow sales and control waste in all categories
- Plan-O-Gram execution
- Audits
- PDI ReportingF
- Site Transaction Manager
- Utilizes financial tools and reporting
- Ordering and Inventory Control
- Maintaining organization of store inventory
- Timely execution of marketing materials
- Awareness of brand expectations in responsible areas
- Monitor Fresh Display cases
- Shrink control
- Monitor and adjust build to’s
- Perform additional tasks as needed

Training
- Actively participates in the JPR Program
- Completion of all applicable prerequisite training
- Remains proficient in all applicable departments post required training
- Always Food Safe Certification
- Works a minimum of 25 average hours per week
- 18 years of age
- Valid Michigan Driver’s License
- High-school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree encouraged
